Welcome

The feinding of dreams began 2021, my first year out of fashion school. Dancing at bush doofs in South West Australia, I fell in love. Especially with the people, conscious creatives living mindfully and playfully amongst the trees.

I was and still am so inspired by and grateful for, this magical community.

Process

I spend my week days treasure hunting local op shops, sifting through literal tons of discarded fabrics of various forms, to rescue a magical and marvellous combination of fibres and patterns.

I also source all haberdashery from the op shops including 80% of thread.

I bring these treasures back to my studio where my assistant cat Kermet inspects and often curls up on his favourite find of the day.

I then begin cutting and designing, I let the fabric make decisions, allowing for minimal waste. The small amount of fabric waste remaining I use to stuff cushions.

Then to put everything together, I turn to my industrial machines, a cup of coffee, some music or podcast and get creating.

Markets and Festivals

Most weekends you can find me somewhere around the south west nestled in my colourful market stall. I frequent many festivals and doofs aswell as local produce markets, community events, medieval carnivals, psychic and healing expos, makers markets and more.
