If you receive a creation and realise it is not for you. I accept swaps of equal value in person, granted the garment is in same condition as when shipped. Credits and refunds are not available.

If you receive your creation and it needs to be taken in/out or lengthened/shortened please get in touch.

Some alterations can be done for free should they be simple and we can exchange the piece in person.

Otherwise if shipping is required that is at the expense of the customer.

Most alterations will be between $10-$30.

As a part of our ethos is to save textile waste from landfill, should you tear or rip your garment we will fix it for free. Granted you can get the piece to me and then collect it, alternatively you can pay fro shipping.
